The Senior Living Industry sparked a lot of interest at LATAMIS – Miami, FL

On October 4th of the present year, Founder and President of AMAR, Javier Govi, was invited to this years LATAM Investment Summit, in Miami, Florida, to speak in a panel about ‘In which segments their investing the regions funds, in Mexico’. 

The LATAM Investment Summit is the first Latin American forum that seeks to link Equity and Investment Funds with leaders in real estate development throughout Latin America. Investors, developers and influencers from different countries attended, and participated in the event. 

Javier Govi, who spoke about Senior Living, a topic that sparked a lot of interest between the investors and developers that attended the panel, also shared his and AMAR´s view, about the potential that the Yucatan Peninsula (Yucatan and Quintana Roo) has to become the Mexican Florida. An example of this potential is the ongoing project that is being developed between WTC and AMAR.
