Until now, at least for us, it was one of the most unknown ingredients in antiaging routines. We are faithful to hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C or retinoids, active ingredients that, endorsed by those who know the most about cosmetics, help smooth expression lines, stop the appearance of premature ones and eliminate those spots that break the feeling of a homogeneous complexion. But little did we know about the benefits of birch water to take care of our wrinkles: it helps cell regeneration, thanks to its content of silicon, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, potassium and vitamins B1 and B2. The result of applying it? A visible lifting effect with an extra hydration that, honestly, is very well received now that the thermometers are approaching (or exceeding) 40 degrees!
Including this ingredient in our routine to take advantage of its anti-aging benefits is simple, since it is present in various formats and products that are part of it. To begin with, in one of the first steps that we must carry out on a daily basis: facial cleansing. With it, we manage to remove the remains of dirt, makeup and other external agents that can cause imperfections such as clogged pores if we do not remove them regularly. Fluff’s cleansing emulsion, for example, which removes impurities without causing irritation, also refreshes the skin thanks to the fact that it contains birch water. At the same time, its content in vitamins C and E, glycerin and lecithin are committed to giving it vitality.
We can also add this ingredient to our routine in the form of a moisturizer, one of the essentials that we cannot give up. In fact, however little our daily care may be, the cream is always present. Fluff’s proposal, in addition to birch water, has in its formulation hydrolyzed rice proteins, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid, a cocktail of ingredients designed to provide you with smooth and nourished skin.
